Objective of the Ghost-game is to remove ghost of matching colors. Ghosts will disappear once you have four ghosts forming a square. There are different difficulty levels with various performance levels in each of them.

If you are a registered user of Playforia and have logged in with your nickname, you can start playing right away.

If you don't have your own Playforia nickname yet, you will be assigned a random visitor nickname starting with 'anonym' and a number to inform other players that you are a guest. This way you won't be confused with regular players.

When the game is ready to begin, the different game area options will be shown to you. After you have chosen one of these, an introductory animation will be played on the screen. From this you will be able to enter the game by clicking the mouse.

Place the row of ghosts in a place of you choice by clicking the left mouse button. You can turn the row in a horizontal or vertical position by clicking the right mouse button.

Your task is to empty the field out by removing the ghosts from it. Try to form a square of ghosts of the same colour (four ghosts: two horizontal and two vertical rows). As a square like this has been formed, all ghosts of the same colour that touch the square will disappear from the field.

In addition, the game features three different kinds of special ghosts: skulls, pumpkins, and jokers. The skulls cannot be destroyed. This being so, you will complete a level even though some skulls remain in the field. The pumpkins are like normal ghosts, but they change colour every now and then. The jokers can be of any colour and they will be accepted as a part of any combination in a square.

You will get points for removing ghosts and for completing a level. Note that the more ghost rows you have left at the end of each level, the more bonus points you will receive.

There is no time limit to the game.
